Breath Experience with Perla Herrera
Join us for an evening of Breathwork guided by Perla, who’s been guiding breathwork sessions over a decade now. I bring my experience as licensed massage therapist and professional healer to these sessions. The approach is to create a safe space & prepare your body to receive breathwork. If you are curious about breathwork or in need of feeling a safe space to connect with your body, clear your mind and tap into your vitality. This is it!
Liftvida is located in Coral Gables, Fl and is a home base of mine for these sessions when I’m in town. Our community is open-minded and near and dear to my heart.
Breath Experience is a compassionate and intelligent approach to breath work. Using fascial maneuvers & somatic techniques we help ease the mind and body in to the space. Get clear on your intentions and ready to release stagnant energy from your body.
